Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will engage with clients aged 18 to 30 through various therapeutic modalities, including:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate therapeutic group sessions that encourage clients to connect, share experiences, and learn valuable coping strategies from one another.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized and empathetic counseling that allows clients to delve deeply into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, guiding them toward actionable coping strategies and individualized action plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design and implement goal-oriented treatment plans based on their unique needs, preferences, and progress.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress, identifying areas of improvement and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, maintaining regular communication, coordinating efforts, and consulting on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on assisting teens and young adults who are navigating various mental health challenges. Our evidence-based holistic treatment programs include Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) designed specifically for this age group, requiring a sensitive and informed approach tailored to their unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health treatment, with a focus on adolescent and young adult populations being highly advantageous.

• Ability to engage with clients in a respectful and effective manner, promoting trust and healing.
