Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families dealing with a range of mental health challenges, tailoring approaches to meet varied client needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client history, symptoms, and treatment needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual’s situation.

• Develop, implement, and routinely update personalized treatment plans that reflect the client’s evolving needs and therapeutic goals.

• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions and client progress, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical guidelines.

• Engage in regular collaboration with other professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and address complex client situations.

• Stay informed about and integrate current mental health regulations, emerging practices, and community resources into treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as required, ensuring safety and stability during acute episodes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse range of clients from varying backgrounds, including adults, adolescents, and families. Clients may be experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other mental health conditions. With a person-centered approach, you will tailor therapies to fit individual needs, promoting empowerment and resilience in every client.

Qualifications\n

• Obtained a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Possess a current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in the state of Pennsylvania.
\n
• Have a minimum of three years experience providing therapy within mental health settings.
\n
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
\n
• Exhibit the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
\n
• Possess solid knowledge of local mental health regulations, treatment protocols, and available community resources.
\n
• Demonstrate proficiency in maintaining accurate, up-to-date client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care techniques.

• Experience working in a remote or telehealth setting, adapting therapies for virtual effectiveness and client engagement.

• Demonstrated experience in crisis management and intervention strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
