Business Sales Operations Coordinator

Unique Escapes is a travel business focused on curating personalized high-quality travel experiences. We are seeking an organized detail-oriented Business Sales Operations Coordinator to support daily sales operations client campaigns and follow-up booking administration and business workflows.

This is a remote role for people who enjoy organization communication and helping a growing travel business run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process by managing leads inquiries and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate client records booking details and sales documentation.
• Prepare travel quotes itineraries and reservation summaries using approved travel tools.
• Coordinate communication between clients travel suppliers and internal team members.
• Track bookings payments deadlines and outstanding client requests.
• Create and maintain organized spreadsheets reports and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with email marketing social media content and client relationship follow-up.
• Research destinations hotels cruises and travel packages to support client planning.
• Provide excellent professional customer service by phone email and online platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and support business growth.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization time management and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning web-based travel CRM email marketing and booking tools.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated remote workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines.
• Customer service administrative sales support hospitality or travel-industry experience advantageous but not required
• Interest in travel luxury travel cruises resorts and destination planning is a plus.
