We have product-market fit, marquee enterprise clients, and a business that is scaling fast across every function: sales, marketing, communications, people, and the way we run the company itself. The work outpaces the team, and we need someone with the range, instincts, and drive to plug into wherever the leverage is highest. This role reports into the Chief of Staff; it is a foundational hire for our operating team and one of the highest-impact roles we can make as we scale.As Strategy & Operations Associate, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our leadership team to take on the most important, ambiguous, and cross-cutting problems facing the company. One week you are standing up a new GTM motion, the next you are launching a brand campaign, then designing how our team experiences working at OneTrack, then automating an internal workflow with AI agents.You will define the problem, structure the work, and build the thing (whether that is a market entry plan, a product launch playbook, a recruiting funnel, or an agentic workflow that replaces a manual corporate process). The surface area is enormous and the work is genuinely varied. That is the point. We are looking for a generalist who is hungry to learn how a company gets built, excited to create the path forward, and deeply commercial at every altitude.
