Hotel Front Desk Agent

We are looking to hire two positive, professional, and guest-focused Full-Time Front Desk Agents to join our hotel team for the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift. In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our guests and will help create a welcoming and exceptional experience from check-in through departure. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information • Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready • Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct • Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs • Handle customer complaints as necessary Qualifications: • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills • Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations • At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred Preferred 1+ years of Marriott experience Weekend and evening availability required Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly
