We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to help launch an exciting new chef-driven fine dining concept opening this fall. This leadership role will begin with several weeks of training at an established location in Denver before transitioning to Charlotte for the restaurant opening.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader with a passion for fine dining, exceptional guest service, and developing high-performing teams. You will oversee all Front-of-House operations while ensuring an elevated dining experience, operational excellence, and financial performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all daily Front-of-House operations, including the dining room, bar, host team, and private dining.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop FOH staff to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Maintain company standards for service, cleanliness, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage labor, scheduling, payroll, cash handling, and operational reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Executive Chef and BOH leadership to ensure seamless service execution.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable dining experiences.
• Monitor inventory, beverage controls, sanitation, and operational compliance.
• Assist with banquet, private dining, and special event operations.
• Participate in hiring, performance management, scheduling, and team development.

 

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Front of House management experience in a high-volume fine dining or upscale full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with proven success building and developing hospitality teams.
• Extensive knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and luxury guest service standards.
• Experience managing labor, payroll, scheduling, and operational costs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to Denver for training before the Charlotte opening.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
