An award-winning upscale/fine-dining restaurant in Charlotte is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team. You'll play a key role in leading daily operations, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring every guest receives impeccable service while helping drive the restaurant's continued success.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front and back of house operations alongside the leadership team
• Coach, mentor, and develop managers and hourly team members
• Deliver an elevated guest experience while maintaining the highest service standards
• Manage labor, scheduling, and operational costs to meet financial goals
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top hospitality talent
• Ensure excellence in food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality
• Partner with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine-dining environment
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a high-volume setting
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labor controls, and financial performance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills
• Hands-on management style with a passion for coaching and developing others
