Role Description The Sales and Operations Associate is a remote role responsible for supporting day-to-day sales activities and operational processes. This role includes managing orders, tracking inventory, updating sales and customer records, and assisting with logistics coordination to ensure smooth fulfillment. The associate will respond to customer inquiries, provide service and support to wholesale and direct customers, and collaborate with internal teams to address issues or improve workflows. Additional responsibilities may include preparing sales reports, analyzing performance data, and contributing to process improvements that strengthen Conscious Step’s mission-driven operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Operations skills, including order processing, inventory tracking, and basic logistics coordination.
• Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service capabilities to build positive relationships and support diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and suggest improvements in sales and operational processes.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for customer interactions and internal collaboration.
• Comfort working in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or order management systems, email platforms).
• Interest in social impact, sustainability, and ethical consumerism; prior experience in e-commerce or retail operations is a plus.
• 2-5 years of related experience in Sales and Operations
• Willingness to travel and attend trade shows and company events
