Territory Manager - Surgical (Nashville TN)

Position Overview Territory Manager Surgical – responsible for clinical support of the Ultrasonic portfolio in a designated region, reporting to the Director of Sales. Spends time in hospital operating rooms, surgery centers, physician offices, and other clinical settings. Key Attributes Sales Drive – high enthusiasm, goal‑oriented, and persistent. Sales Resilience – optimistic, perseveres in challenging situations, and seeks new opportunities. Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned quota monthly and quarterly at 100% or higher. Maintain working knowledge of all Ultrasonic products. Prospect and land new account opportunities. Cross‑sell and upsell to expand account business and support capital sale. Launch new technologies in the assigned territory. Drive regional sales in existing accounts and penetrate targeted accounts. Coordinate and conduct in‑services for surgeons, OR staff, and sterile processing personnel before evaluations. Provide on‑site clinical support to accounts during the evaluation process. Work closely with regional managers and distributors to implement the strategic sales model. Assist with labs, trade shows, training, and convention activities. Complete all required product and sales‑related training curriculum. Complete special projects as assigned by upper management. Job Requirements Preferred BA/BS degree. Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in operating room, surgical, or medical device sales. Hunter mentality. Valid driver’s license within the United States. Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, including proper phone etiquette. Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel. Highly detail‑oriented with an emphasis on accuracy. Maintains attitude of responsibility, ownership, and accountability. Strong decision making and critical thinking. Motivated to work independently within a fast‑paced team environment. Skills & Attributes Proven track record of success in sales, highlighting territory development. High energy and drive for results. Curiosity to learn daily; customer and patient focus.
