Job Description Experience: Mid Level Salary: $65,000 - $82,500 per year Job Details As we continue to scale across multiple markets, we are seeking a driven, resourceful, and high-performing Recruiter to join our team. We focus on multi-family real estate (Green Alpha Property Management) as well as a few other ventures. This is not a plug-and-play recruiting role — we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environment, and who is excited to help build and refine recruiting processes along the way. About the Role As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will own the recruiting process from start to finish — from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers across the organization to identify top talent and ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience. This role requires someone who is proactive, creative, and comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy. What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and markets Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.) Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication throughout the process Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience from first interaction through offer stage Own the onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring new hires feel supported and set up for success Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and onboarding processes and bring forward new ideas Track and manage recruiting activity within our ATS (Paycor) What We’re Looking For 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house) Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines proactively Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-starter who can operate independently and take initiative Creative thinker who can bring new ideas to improve recruiting and onboarding processes Comfortable working in a growing company where structure is still evolving A bit about us: We are a rapidly growing private equity real estate firm with multiple business lines, including multifamily property management.
