Job Description

Lumina Agency INC is seeking a motivated and professional Client Account Representative to join our Baton Rouge team.

In this role, you will serve as an important point of contact between the company and its clients, helping ensure accounts receive attentive service, clear communication, and effective support. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, assist with account-related requests, maintain accurate information, and contribute to long-term client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, dependable, and comfortable communicating with a variety of people in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned clients
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions and account needs
• Provide professional, timely, and accurate client support
• Assist clients with services, account updates, and general inquiries
• Identify client needs and communicate appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate and organized client account information
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address outstanding needs
• Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve client requests efficiently
• Support client retention by delivering a consistent and positive experience
