Human Resources Coordinator

Duration: 8-9 months with possible extension Job Description We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our U.S. HR team. This role focuses on employment-based immigration case management while providing HR operations support. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and track U.S. employment-based immigration cases (H-1B, L-1, PERM, Green Card, etc.) Act as the liaison between employees and external immigration counsel Ensure compliance with U.S. immigration regulations and maintain accurate records Manage employee data and HR transactions in Workday Support onboarding, offboarding, audits, and day-to-day HR operations Partner with HR, Legal, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other cross-functional teams What We\'re Looking For 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services Hands-on experience with U.S. employment-based immigration processes Experience with Workday is preferred Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
