Key Qualifications:

• Current Maryland SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Experience in schools-Early Intervention and/or K-12 settings preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt interventions across age groups and developmental levels

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families
• Deliver direct speech therapy sessions aligned with student goals
• Track and report on student progress using clear and timely documentation
• Consult with educators, families, and team members to foster effective support strategies
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and professional development throughout the year
