Randall Offsite Construction is currently seeking a skilled CNC Onsrud Router Table Operator(Programmer) to work in our Apopka, FL headquarters andproduction facility. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Onsrud Router TableOperator / Programmer to join our production team. This role is responsiblefor programming, setting up, and operating CNC router equipment (Onsrud) toproduce high-quality parts efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate hasstrong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to workindependently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. When not operating the CNC router Table,you will join the inventory control Team to assist with cycle counts. Essential Functions Setup and operate CNC router machines to produce parts to specification Interpretblueprints, technical drawings, and work orders Selectappropriate tooling, feeds, and speeds for various materials Performmachine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance Inspectfinished parts to ensure quality standards and tolerances are met Troubleshootprogramming and machining issues to minimize downtimeMaintaina clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaboratewith engineering and production teams to improve processes Abilityto Program CNC Onsrud router tables using appropriate CAD/CAM software a plus Desired Qualification Requirements 2+years of experience operating and programming CNC router tables (Onsrudpreferred) Proficiencyin CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, EnRoute, AlphaCAM, or similar) Abilityto read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strongunderstanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials (wood, plastics,composites, or metals) Experiencewith G-code editing and optimization a plus Highattention to detail and quality control Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to prepare compelling presentations. Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats including individually and in group settings. Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office products, with advanced Excel skills. Ability to read, write, and speak English (though bilingual English/Spanish a plus). Physical Requirements This is primarily a Shop orField Jobsite job. You must be able tolift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet forseveral hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, andlift as required by the job , be able to respond quickly to sounds, seeand respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protectivegear.
