Yieldigo is an AI-driven pricing optimization SaaS platform helping retailers make smarter pricing decisions at scale. Our technology combines advanced analytics, machine learning, and deep pricing expertise to help retailers set the right price for the right product at the right time - balancing revenue, margin, competitiveness, and customer value. In short: we help retailers stop guessing and start pricing smarter.

And we're not starting from scratch. We already work with US customers, including Down to Earth , and have strategic relationships with partners like NielsenIQ and SymphonyAI . In Europe, our customers include major international retail groups such as Ahold Delhaize and METRO , giving us proven experience solving complex retail pricing challenges at scale.

As a Subject Matter Expert , you'll be a key retail pricing expert connecting Yieldigo's technology with the real-world challenges of US retailers. You'll work at the intersection of pricing, retail, consulting, solution design, and sales, helping customers and partners turn complex pricing challenges into practical solutions and measurable business value.

Your role will be highly customer-facing: you'll lead discovery sessions and workshops, challenge assumptions, support pre-sales and solution design, and help customers and partners get the most value from Yieldigo.

Beyond individual engagements, you'll also help shape how Yieldigo understands, positions, and grows in the United States market, bringing customer and market insights back to our Product, Sales, Delivery, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Your Mission

Your mission is to help Yieldigo expand its presence in the United States and turn it into a strong, scalable business. You will:

• Represent Yieldigo as a trusted retail pricing and retail domain expert in the United States
\n
• Help existing and prospective customers understand how Yieldigo can solve complex pricing challenges
\n
• Support and expand relationships with strategic implementation and technology partners
\n
• Lead discovery, workshops, solution design, and strategic customer engagements
\n
• Support Sales and Partner teams in turning business challenges into compelling solutions
\n
• Build strong relationships with senior pricing, commercial, merchandising, and technology stakeholders
\n
• Bring customer and partner insights back to Product, Delivery, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success
\n
• Help shape Yieldigo's product direction and go-to-market strategy as we grow in the region
\n

What Will You Do

\n
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in retail pricing, pricing processes, and related retail commercial domains , representing Yieldigo's expertise in the United States market
\n
• Participate in and lead customer and partner discovery workshops , helping turn business challenges into clear price optimizatio n opportunities
\n
• Help customers articulate their retail pricing challenges, business objectives, and desired outcomes
\n
• Support Sales and Partners throughout pre-sales, solution discovery, demos, workshops, and customer presentations
\n
• Translate complex pricing and business requirements into clear, compelling solution concepts that demonstrate the value of Yieldigo
\n
• Help implementation partners understand AI-driven pricing best practices and how to apply them effectively through Yieldigo
\n
• Build trusted relationships with senior commercial, pricing, merchandising, and technology stakeholders across United States.
\n
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, Customer Success, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure customer and market needs are reflected across the organization
\n
• Help with building the Yieldigo's presence in the United States , strengthening relationships with customers and partners while supporting new opportunities
\n
• Identify recurring customer needs, market gaps, and new opportunities that can influence AI-driven product development and go-to-market strategy
\n
• Contribute to thought leadership, market-facing content, enablement materials, best practices, and internal knowledge sharing
\n
• Help shape how Yieldigo grows in the United States - from individual customer engagements to broader market positioning, partnerships, and commercial opportunities
\n

How Do We Picture You

We're looking for someone who combines deep pricing expertise with strong consulting and communication skills . You likely have:

\n
• 7+ years of experience in pricing, CPQ, commercial strategy, retail pricing, revenue management, or a closely related domain
\n
• Strong understanding of how pricing decisions are made and executed in complex organizations
\n
• Experience working with SMB and enterprise customers and senior business stakeholders
\n
• Experience in consulting, sales-supporting, solution consulting, pre-sales, business transformation, or a similar customer-facing role
\n
• The ability to understand complex business requirements and turn them into practical solutions, strong workshop facilitation and discovery skills
\n
• The confidence to challenge customers and partners constructively when you believe there is a better approach
\n
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to explain complex pricing concepts to both business and technical audiences
\n
• Excellent English spoken, authorization to work in the United States .
\n
• A strong commercial mindset and understanding of how pricing impacts revenue, margin, competitiveness, and customer value
\n
• Experience working across multiple functions and influencing without formal authority, readiness to travel across United States to meet clients and partners
\n
