Our client is looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join our client's rapidly growing accounting team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining strong financial controls, driving accurate reporting, and partnering with teams across the organization to support business growth. What You’ll Do: Prepare and post accurate month-end journal entries and accruals. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses across multiple entities. Manage intercompany transactions and balances. Assist in month-end close and financial reporting processes. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies. Analyze and improve current accounting procedures for better efficiency. Collaborate across departments and regions to ensure timely, accurate reporting. Contribute to accounting systems enhancements and process automation. Research and interpret financial data and provide insights based on GAAP principles. Provide controllership oversight for specific entities and financial processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong working knowledge of GAAP; IFRS and international accounting exposure is a plus. Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
