Marketing Associate at KETTLER International, Inc Overview: We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Associate to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Business-to-Business (B2B) channels. This position combines graphic design, content creation, digital marketing, and campaign coordination to support our growing multi-channel business. The ideal candidate will have strong creative and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining consistent brand standards. Responsibilities: Design and produce marketing graphics, promotional materials, and creative assets for digital and print applications. Create visual content for websites, email campaigns, social media, digital advertising, and sales presentations. Assist in the design, layout, and production of product catalogs, brochures, sales sheets, and other marketing collateral. Edit and optimize product photography, lifestyle imagery, and digital assets for various marketing channels. Write, edit, and publish marketing copy, product descriptions, promotional messaging, and website content. Design, build, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns for DTC customers and B2B partners. Develop and manage social media content, including graphics, captions, promotional posts, and short-form videos. Assist with the creation of digital advertising assets for Google, Meta, and other marketing platforms. Support website content updates, promotional banners, landing pages, and e-commerce merchandising. Develop marketing materials supporting dealer communications, wholesale promotions, trade shows, and commercial sales initiatives. Maintain organized libraries of product images, creative assets, marketing materials, and brand resources. Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and visual presentation across all marketing channels. Collaborate with sales, product, and e-commerce teams to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and ongoing marketing initiatives. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, digital content creation, or a related field. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong graphic design skills with an understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual composition. Strong written communication, copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills. Experience creating marketing materials for digital and print applications. Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and scheduling tools. Familiarity with cloud-based design tools such as Figma, Canva, etc. preferred. Experience with email marketing platforms such as Shopify Email, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact preferred. Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms preferred. Basic understanding of digital advertising, SEO, and marketing analytics. Photography, photo editing, and video editing skills are a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and marketing tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Portfolio demonstrating graphic design and creative work required. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered. Benefits & Pay: Salary Range: $40,000 - $44,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
