• License/Certifications: Active CA Medical License, BLS, DEA, Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatrics
• Experience: 2+ years preferred but not mandatory

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient pediatric services at a busy clinic in Hesperia.
• Manage a patient load averaging 25 children daily, including well-visits and acute illnesses.
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely using EMR, specifically EPIC or similar systems.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide family education and support to promote child health and wellness.
• Participate in community outreach and health education initiatives when needed.
• Ensure compliance with all clinic policies and medical standards.

What You Need:

• Valid California medical license and DEA registration
• Active BLS certification
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (within 5 years of training)
• Proficiency with EPIC or other EMRs
• At least 2 years of pediatric clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
