Senior Financial Reporting Accountant

This Financial Accounting Senior role prepares and reviews financial statements for multiple entities of an oil and gas company based in Fort Worth, Texas, supports the quarter- and year-end close, and handles intercompany accounting and reconciliations. It also produces financial reporting packages, management reports, and variance analyses, plus acquisition/divestment accounting including purchase price allocations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements for multiple entities. Support the quarter and year-end close process, including preparing account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules. Perform intercompany accounting, including reconciliations, eliminations, and settlement of intercompany balances. Prepare financial reporting packages, management reports, and variance analyses. Prepare and record acquisition and divestment accounting entries, including purchase price allocations and related adjustments. #J-18808-Ljbffr Basin Oil and Gas
