Claims Support Specialist

Supporting the claims handling teams, the full-time Remote Claims Support Specialist will perform administrative tasks, including ordering reports, updating client systems, and managing office supplies. Key responsibilities: Order police and fire reports, and conduct public record searches as needed Update client systems with information and documents, and enter new claim information Manage incoming and outgoing mail, and provide general office support and organization Required qualifications: Proven experience in administrative support or similar roles Familiarity with claims processing or insurance industry practices Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in using office software and systems for document processing
