Weekend Shift Electrical Assemblers Needed

Looking for a 3-day work week with competitive pay? We're actively hiring Electrical Assemblers for our Weekend Shift Team in Lexington and Natural Bridge, VA . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with electrical assembly or panel wiring experience who want a consistent schedule and long weekends during the week.

Lexington, VA & Natural Bridge, VA

Weekend Shift Pay: $24.23/hour

️ Friday - Sunday

⏰ 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

• Assemble industrial electrical panels and control systems
• Perform wiring, component installation, and electrical connections
• Read and work from schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Install relays, breakers, PLCs, power supplies, and related components
• Inspect finished assemblies for quality and functionality
• Troubleshoot wiring and assembly issues as needed
• Follow safety and quality standards throughout the build process

• Previous experience in electrical assembly, panel building, manufacturing, or a related field
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Understanding of electrical safety practices

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, VA.

The pay range for this position is $25.23 - $25.73/hr.
