Accounts Payable SpecialistKENNESAW, GA $55,000 - $60,000 PER HOURAccounts Payable Associate will be responsible for all payable's aspects of the company. The ideal candidate will have experience being responsible for the entire AP process for a company.Job Duties:Receive, process approvals, and enter all payables invoices into Intacct software in a timely fashion. Accounts Payable Associate will work closely with Controller to reduce expenses and provide effective cost control. Research any discrepancies when needed2000 Charges per week – some invoices have 700 line items and 10 additional per charge on one invoicePrepare weekly payables. Process check run every Friday after approval from ControllerReconcile monthly vendor statementsReconcile and post credit card statements, Review accounts weekly (Mastercard) to ensure sufficient credit availability. Coordinate with Controller when payments must be madeProcess all expense reports. Obtain proper department approval on all incoming payablesTrack and reconcile fuel inventories at Airport and others as necessaryCommunicate and correspond with vendors. Resolve any discrepancies and or problemsPayables vendor setup. Process all W-9's and mail by January 30th of each yearInput within 2 daysPay within terms or betterPayables report monthlyCredit limits reportsVendor satisfactionMonthly and annual audits for accuracyRequirements:3 years+ of comprehensive full-cycle Accounts Payable experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, OutlookSage Intacct experience a plusMust have the ability to use new to streamline the processing of vendor billings through the internetStrong problem-solving abilities
