Operations Manager

About Us Chesterfield Sports Association is the owner and operator of The Beal Center, a premier sports and recreation facility in the community. We are dedicated to providing a top-tier experience for athletes, families, and community members alike. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team and help us manage the day-to-day operations of our facility. Job Summary The Operations Manager will oversee the scheduling of daily programming and ensure that all aspects of facility operations run smoothly. This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team-first environment. The Operations Manager, along with the General Manager, will act as the “face” of the organization and will be a key point of contact for customers. Key Responsibilities Oversee the scheduling of weekday court rentals and internal programming for the facility Oversee the full and part-time facility attendant / custodial staff, ensuring the building reflects the image and cleanliness that customers appreciate Serve as one of the opening and/or closing managers depending on the schedule of events Serve as one of the on-site building supervisor during weekend events, ensuring the execution of an excellent customer experience Execute the marketing, website, and social media initiatives of the facility Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sports or community facility Proficiency in Excel Working weekends and non-traditional hours as needed (heavy weekend responsibilities) is a must Strong organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Quickbooks is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrated commitment to putting the customer-experience above all else Benefits A competitive salary with performance-based incentives Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) match up to 3% Opportunities for growth and advancement within a dynamic, expanding organization The opportunity to work in sports in a fun, fast-paced environment Chesterfield Sports Association is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Beal Center
