Travel CT Technologist - Cambridge, Massachusetts

This travel opportunity puts you at the heart of a Level 1 trauma facility, offering professional challenges and exposure to cutting-edge CT imaging practices and equipment, including Siemens systems. Expand your expertise by working within fast-paced environments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and rotating through a variety of radiology divisions and clinics.


Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible rotations within department and off-site clinics
• On-call responsibilities and overtime situations as required

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an approved school of Radiologic Technology
• Active Massachusetts State Radiologic Technologist license
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), with current CT certification
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred; at least one year of cross-sectional anatomy required
• Proven Siemens CT experience
• Effective communication and analytical skills essential for patient care and diagnostic quality

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CT equipment, ensuring patient safety and precise imaging according to protocol
• Prepare, position, and shield patients appropriately
• Float among different radiology divisions as needed
• Perform venipuncture and administer contrast under radiologist direction
• Maintain documentation in Radiology Information Systems and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Supervise and support radiology students or new team members
• Engage in continuous professional development through CEU activities
• Contribute to harmonious team relations and a positive departmental culture
