Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify the mental health challenges, strengths, and resources of clients.

• Implement targeted therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to foster healing.

• Collaborate with an expansive multidisciplinary team—comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to ensure seamless care and support for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans for clients as needed.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
