Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionJob Description:-At least 3 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based onArchitecture/Design /Detailing of ProcessesAt least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online ExperienceAt least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and deploymentExcellent Analytical and Communication skillsLeading or participating in the design and architecture sessions with the clients, gatheringand documenting business processes and requirements for the projectGood knowledge of CRM’s interoperability capability with MS Office, MS Office 365,SharePoint, Azure and MS BI Stack • C#/VB.net, ADO.Net, XML, T/SQL, JQuery, JavaScript,Web Services, ASP.NET, and Silverlight skillsRegularly communicating with the customer on the status of the issue resolution or Project.Well Versed with Agile practices.Excellent, understanding of MSCRM architecture and its interaction with other interfacedsystems in the client environmentExperience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project froman architectural stand pointUnderstands and is able to articulate best practices related to applicationenhancements/customizations, integration with other applicationsExperience on Dynamics Marketing, ADX Portal, Parature, Social Engagement and Operations is optionalAt least 3 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers andleadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teamsExperience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requiresregular travelAt least 3 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and deploymentAt least 3 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/externalconsulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.Analytical and Communication skillsPlanning and Co-ordination skillsExperience with project managementQualificationsBasic Qualifications :-Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
