Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or a related field is a plus. - 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work well in a team and independently. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus. - Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred.
