Sr. Manager, Clinical Supply

Senior Clinical Supply Manager responsible for drug supply planning and management across all phases of clinical trials. This fully remote role involves coordinating with clients and internal teams to oversee supply chain logistics, labeling strategy, inventory tracking, and regulatory compliance throughout the study lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop drug supply planning strategy and master supply plans for Phase I-IV trials based on protocol interpretation and demand forecasting
• Act as primary client contact coordinating clinical supply information across PCI teams, clients, and external vendors
• Manage packaging design, labeling strategy, and production schedules in collaboration with project managers
• Oversee inventory tracking, site supply parameters, and logistics at depot and site levels
• Identify supply risks, resolve issues, manage temperature excursions, and coordinate drug returns and accountability reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field and/or 5-10 years relevant experience
• Basic mathematical skills and intermediate computer proficiency
• Full professional fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with technical reasoning
• Clinical supply chain management experience at sponsor or CRO preferred
• Project management knowledge and multi-tasking capability
• Negotiation skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

Compensation: $122,000–$137,250 base plus 15% annual performance bonus eligibility
