THE INS AND OUTS OF THE POSITION Pay: $35-$48 per hour Benefits: Flexible scheduling, professional development opportunities, and year-round work-including snow and ice management during the winter. Schedule: This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling. You'll enjoy steady work year-round, transitioning to snow and ice management during the winter months. Your role: Each day, you'll lead your team to success by keeping projects on schedule and on point. From remodeling and framing residential and commercial properties to managing schedules, work orders, and material acquisition, you're the one making it happen. As our Construction Foreman - Job Site Lead, you'll interpret plans and ensure safety and quality standards are met while keeping communication flowing between clients, the team, and project managers.
