Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a primary clinician, offering both in-office and community-based support to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning, assessing individual client needs to craft integrated care plans that bridge connections among clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and, when necessary, coordinate comprehensive assessments to ensure the appropriate level of care.

• Provide family therapy, individual counseling, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of diverse client populations.

• Manage a caseload including ensuring timely admissions and discharges, monitoring treatment progress, and maintaining comprehensive documentation in compliance with organizational standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement discussions and committees, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in service delivery.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies as required, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in distress.

• Be on-call as necessary to provide support outside of regular program hours.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
