Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and, when applicable, diagnose patient conditions, tailoring individualized care plans that recognize cultural diversity and unique patient needs.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based assessment tools and methodologies, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to monitor patient progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed.

• Prepare and maintain accurate, timely documentation of all clinical encounters and treatment plans, adhering strictly to state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with patients and their families to establish comprehensive treatment plans aimed at achieving desired mental health outcomes, continuously adjusting strategies as necessary.
