As our Outside Sales Manager, you'll have the autonomy to grow your territory, develop strategic customer relationships, and contribute directly to the company's continued success. What You’ll Do Develop new business opportunities within the retail hardware and distribution channels. Identify, prospect, and secure new distributor and retail customers. Grow existing customer relationships while expanding market share. Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and sales meetings throughout your territory. Develop territory growth plans and sales strategies. Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and Operations to support customer success. Represent Pedrollo Group USA at trade shows and industry events. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account information, and customer activity within the CRM. Meet or exceed established sales and growth objectives. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience. Experience selling through retail, hardware, industrial, plumbing, building products, or distribution channels. Proven ability to develop new business while maintaining long-term customer relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationally. Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
