You'll be a key representative of Step's recruiting process — supporting candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company. In this role, you will:Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones and complex panel interviewsServe as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a warm, responsive, and professional experience throughout the processPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep requisitions, pipelines, and interview feedback organized and on trackContinuously look for ways to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experienceCoordinate candidate travel and expensesYou might thrive in this role if you have:3+ years scheduling or coordination experience in a fast-paced startup environmentSelf-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining meticulous attention to detailHighly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasksAdaptable and able to shift gears at a moment's noticeExcellent verbal and written communications skillsInterested to grow your career in recruitingFamiliarity with GreenhouseAn enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality — you act as an owner and move with urgencyLocation: Remote or San Mateo, CA, with occasional travel for team offsites and key meetingsEducation: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single qualification.
