Overview We're looking for a driven and people-focused Bilingual Staffing Recruiter to join our team! In this dynamic role, you'll help connect job seekers with meaningful work, build lasting client relationships, and support the entire hiring process. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and your work makes a real impact. Skills and Experience Ideal Candidate • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, staffing, or a high-volume environment. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Organized and adaptable with strong time management abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite. • Passionate about helping people succeed and supporting business growth. • Bilingual (English and Spanish) Skills and experience Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, clerical, or skilled trades. Strong sales and business development mindset - able to build client relationships and grow accounts.
