Welcome! Bienvenidos! I'm Alexa Santana, proud owner of the first-ever State Farm Agency in Rahway, New Jersey. As a bilingual agent (hablo Ingls y Espaol) and lifelong Central New Jersey resident, I've built my agency on connection, compassion, and commitment. With a Bachelor of Science from Centenary University and over 23 years of State Farm experience, I earned the opportunity to open my doors as an agent in April 2021. Becoming a State Farm Agent isn't something that happens overnightit's a journey built on helping others, something I'm deeply passionate about. Being a Legacy Agent (my parents are also State Farm Agents), this career is more than a jobit's part of my family and my purpose. But my most important role? I'm a proud mom to an amazing child with autism. Being a special needs parent has shaped how I lead with empathy, advocate fiercely, and celebrate every milestoneat home and in business. Role Description:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Alexa Santana - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
