**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and review of diagnostic results, to formulate effective pain management plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement interventional pain management strategies, including nerve blocks, ultrasound-guided injections, and other minimally invasive procedures.
- Educate patients and their families on pain management techniques, procedure details, and post-treatment care to ensure informed decisions and adherence to treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress through follow-up appointments and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal pain relief and functional improvement.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in clinical research and continuing education opportunities to stay current on the latest advancements in interventional pain management.
- Ensure a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, fostering a supportive and positive environment for patients experiencing chronic pain.

**Qualifications:**

- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
- Certification in Pain Management or related specialty is preferred.
- Extensive experience in pain management, particularly within an interventional pain clinic or similar setting.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing patient-centered care.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and other healthcare technology.
