We invite you to apply today and join us in shaping the future of healthcare!**Key Responsibilities*** Lead large-scale, complex data analysis projects and develop strategic insights to address key business challenges.* Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to define a data strategy and priority.* Design and optimize an advanced statistical model, dashboard, and reporting framework for enterprise-wide use.* Mentor other analysts and drive best practices in data storytelling, analysis, and visualization.* Perform other job duties as assigned.**Required qualifications*** Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience* At least 8-12 years of relevant work experience**Preferred qualification*** Coding and or Revenue Cycle experience.* 0-1 years of Management experience.**Job Expectations*** Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed* Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information* Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time#LI-CS1#LI-OnsiteWellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
