Office Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an organized, people-focused Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and help create an efficient, customer-focused workplace. This full-time role reports to the Controller and supervises members of the administrative team.

Duties:

• Oversee daily office operations, supplies, records, and administrative workflows

• Lead, mentor, and provide feedback to administrative team members

• Manage recruiting activities, including job postings, resume reviews, interview coordination, and offer letters

• Support onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and employee questions

• Coordinate open enrollment, benefit changes, billing reconciliations, training, and certifications

• Help maintain HR policies and compliance with applicable employment requirements

• Partner with leadership and outside consultants on employee relations matters

• Develop procedures and maintain clear standard operating procedures

• Cross-train on key administrative and customer service functions to provide coverage as needed

• Collaborate across departments and assist with budgets and resource planning

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in people management, customer service, operations management, or a related combination

• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

• Comfort providing feedback, handling difficult conversations, and supporting employees with empathy

• Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution and competing deadlines

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with HR, payroll, accounting, or service-management systems is helpful

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred

• Reliable transportation and ability to pass required pre-employment screening

Schedule: in office, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm

Permanent Salary Range is $65K to $85K depending on experience
