What You'll Do As the Team Leader, you'll serve as the operational and cultural leader of the practice by: Leading and Developing Teams Coach, mentor, and support team members and doctors Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative office culture Lead engaging morning huddles and staff meetings Support employee development and team success Driving Office Performance Manage day-to-day operations and office workflow Monitor office goals, productivity, collections, and key performance metrics Review financial reports and oversee payroll processes Utilize reporting tools and Dental Intel insights to drive results Delivering Exceptional Patient Experiences Build strong relationships with patients and create a welcoming environment Support treatment presentation and patient education Resolve concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset Help grow the practice through patient retention and new patient experiences Supporting Scheduling & Business Operations Oversee appointment scheduling, recall systems, and treatment follow-up Maintain accurate records and compliance standards Assist with administrative and operational processes as needed What We're Looking For Experience with Denticon preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service mindset Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities Computer proficiency and comfort with dental software systems We value our team and offer a competitive benefits package including: 401(k) Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Referral program If you're looking for an opportunity where you can lead a team, make an impact, and grow your career in dental leadership, we'd love to hear from you.
