Business Consultant - Investment Management / Capital Markets

Required Skills & Experience

Domain Expertise

• Strong understanding of investment management or capital markets , including:
• Asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives, funds)
• Trade lifecycle and post-trade processes
• Portfolio and performance concepts
• Experience working with investment systems or platforms is highly desirable.

Product & Agile Skills

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Product Lead in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with product backlog management and user story definition.
• Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision.

Stakeholder & Communication Skills

• Strong ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Clear communication of complex investment concepts to non-domain audiences.
• Confident decision-maker with a value-driven mindset.

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
