Customer Service Manager

Contour Windows is a manufacturer of high-quality vinyl windows. We are seeking a hands‑on Customer Service Manager who enjoys leading by example, supporting their team, and delivering outstanding customer service. This position combines leadership with day‑to‑day involvement in customer orders, communication, and problem solving. Position Summary The Customer Service Manager oversees the daily operations of the Customer Service department while actively supporting the team with customer orders, order processing, and issue resolution. This is a hands‑on leadership role that works closely with Sales, Production, Scheduling, Shipping, Engineering, and Quality to ensure orders move through the manufacturing process accurately and on schedule. Responsibilities Lead, support, and work alongside the Customer Service team. Assist with customer calls, emails, and order processing as needed. Ensure customer orders are entered accurately and released to production on time. Keep customers informed of order status, lead times, and delivery schedules. Work with Production, Scheduling, Shipping, Engineering, and Sales to resolve order issues. Coordinate warranty claims and field service requests. Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and promptly. Help prioritize daily department activities and meet customer expectations. Promote teamwork, accountability, and excellent customer service. Qualifications 3–5 years of customer service experience, including leadership responsibilities. Manufacturing experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Experience with ERP/order entry systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Experience Manufacturing or building products industry experience. Experience working with dealers, distributors, builders, or contractors. Warranty or field service coordination is a plus.
