Compensation Partner

Serving as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders, the full-time remote Compensation Partner will consult on compensation needs, implement effective solutions, and analyze data to support business objectives within the Federal Solutions market line. Key responsibilities Lead the annual compensation planning process, ensuring accurate data submission and clear communication with HR leaders Conduct salary analyses for senior-level roles and respond to salary equity inquiries, providing impartial recommendations Analyze employee salaries for compliance and competitiveness, making actionable recommendations to address identified gaps Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred) 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, preferably in a government contracting or defense environment Strong knowledge of the Service Contract Act (SCA) and Davis Bacon Act (DBA) Proficiency in compensation tools and job classification systems Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred, or progress toward CCP certification
