Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:
Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
Experience or willingness to work with manual therapy approaches and strong emphasis on patient education.
Familiarity or willingness to use shockwave therapy technology preferred.
Ability to work a primarily Monday–Friday day schedule. 5x8 schedules are standard; 4x10 schedules may be available for the right candidate. No weekends required.
Comfort with a 1:1 patient care model and 45-minute treatment sessions; some locations use 30-minute sessions and 1-hour evaluations.
Team-oriented mindset and reliable, personable demeanor. Outgoing communication style preferred.
