Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or multi-unit management. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams. Strong knowledge of retail operations, financial management, and customer service principles. Ability to travel frequently within the assigned district. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline. Experience with data analytics and performance management software. Background in employee training and development programs. Familiarity with regional market trends and competitive landscape. Certification in project management or leadership development. Responsibilities: Manage and support multiple store managers to achieve sales targets and operational goals. Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with company standards. Analyze financial statements, sales reports, and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement district-wide strategies to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Coordinate recruitment, training, and development programs for store management teams. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all locations. Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotional campaigns effective. Prepare and present district performance reports to senior management.
