Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Loss Prevention Driver in Dallas, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue12:00 PM - 12:00 AMFri12:00 PM - 12:00 AMSat12:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You\'ll Do: Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns in accordance with site procedures. Assist with access control, traffic flow, and crowd management during busy shopping periods, special events, and/or emergency situations. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Loss prevention is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
