Private Funds Associate - Formation & Negotiations
BCG Attorney Search
BCG Attorney Search is seeking a lateral associate for their corporate investment funds practice in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and support in private equity fund formation.
This role requires a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, and candidates should have graduated between 2019 and 2022. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in private investment funds, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
