Our organization is in search of a full-time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to become part of our well-established, highly regarded private practice located in Southern New Jersey.

For over forty years, our practice has been a reliable name in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery across South Jersey. With three accessible office locations in Haddonfield, Woolwich Township, and Washington Township, a team of four surgeons, and a referral network comprising over 300 dentists, this position offers a chance to join a busy, well-supported practice with substantial surgical volume from the outset.

The Opportunity

This full-time associate role spans four days a week and provides a clear path to partnership. Discussions regarding partnership may commence after six months of the initial associateship for the right candidate, contingent on performance, compatibility, and long-term alignment with the practice.

We seek a driven, personable, and clinically proficient surgeon eager to establish a long-term professional home within a flourishing private practice. This role marks the beginning of a journey toward ownership rather than a corporate production position. The Practice

Our organization provides a comprehensive range of oral and maxillofacial surgical services. Historically, we have managed complex cases related to the maxillofacial region, including surgeries for sleep apnea, orthognathic procedures, craniofacial implants, cleft palate surgeries, trauma, and other intricate operations. However, the majority of our work focuses on dentoalveolar procedures, particularly dental implants, including full-arch cases.

We have designed our practice to support a productive surgeon. We offer:

• Three established locations in Southern New Jersey: Haddonfield, Woolwich Township, and Washington Township
• A referral network of over 300 dentists providing substantial work
• A four-day work week
• Limited on-call duties, restricted to practice patients only; no hospital trauma call unless desired
• Support from registered nurses and nurse practitioners for anesthesia and mid-level assistance
• Comprehensive benefits with no employee contribution
• Full-scope OMS available if desired, but not mandatory
• Access to cutting-edge technology, including photogrammetry and X-Guide assistance for full-arch cases

Our clinical support framework, experienced team, and modern infrastructure enable surgeons to concentrate on delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring safe anesthesia, fostering strong referral relationships, and maintaining an efficient surgical workflow. A crucial consideration for candidates exploring other opportunities is their collection percentage and whether they have an in-house billing team advocating for reimbursement. Our bonus threshold is achievable due to our proficient billing infrastructure.

Compensation & Partnership

This position presents a highly competitive opportunity with significant long-term potential.

Compensation includes:

• A starting salary of $525,000
• Bonus potential reaching $1,200,000-$1,500,000 in the first year

The Candidate

Applicants should be board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and eligible for licensure in New Jersey.
