Acting as the main liaison between licensors, GBT PD, and Design teams, this role ensures all product, packaging, and marketing submissions follow legal documentation and contractual terms.How will you create impact?Serve as the primary contact and liaison between internal teams and licensorsCoordinate the end-to-end licensing process to secure product, packaging, and marketing approvalsEnsure all submissions and product development workflows adhere to contractual terms and brand guidelinesFacilitate milestone meetings and manage tracking reports to align cross-functional teamsMonitor project timelines, identify risks, and help implement mitigation plansWhat are your skills and experience?Professional experience in licensing, project management, or legal support within consumer goodsPrior experience working with protected intellectual properties and brand guidelinesProficiency with Media Box or similar consumer product approval databasesProven ability to manage high-volume trackers and complex submissions with strong attention to detailExperience handling highly confidential and proprietary business informationThe anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in New York or California is $29 to $34 Per Hour.
