Occupational Medicine Records Clerk

```Duties```- Organize and maintain medical records in a timely and accurate manner- Ensure all records are properly filed and easily accessible- Retrieve and deliver records as requested by healthcare professionals- Assist with the release of medical records to authorized individuals or organizations- Maintain confidentiality and security of all medical records- Perform data entry tasks to update patient information in the electronic health record system- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations of the medical office

```Qualifications```- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience working with medical records or in a medical office setting is preferred- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic understanding of medical procedures- Proficient in using electronic health record systems and other computer applications- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
