Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health issues, developing tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, leveraging various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to foster client growth and healing.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Offer virtual teletherapy sessions to clients seeking flexible options, ensuring accessibility for those facing challenges commuting or attending in-person sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on serving diverse clients, including individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $83,000 to $104,000, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
